With the developments of our interactive services, the Kaimera Instant Video Capture kiosk was developed to service a selected number of Toronto area event based industries such as broadcast television, theme parks, sports and automotive markets.  

Our strategic movement into the retail digital display and content management industry has benefited Kaimera in that its strong content development, software and project management solutions have attracted many new clients.

O’Neil McLean– CEO

altO’Neil McLean received his Bachelor of Applied Arts (BAA) at Sheridan College School of Animation & Design. Mr. McLean has over 10 years of experience in the media industry, management, communications, sales, and marketing. Mr. McLean has served as an executive on the board of directors for the Urban Financial Services Coalition, designed the Bicentenary Centre in downtown Toronto for the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration, to celebrate the abolishment of slavery in Ontario. Mr. McLean has developed proven strategies and the project vision for many multimedia components at Kaimera Media Inc. His production knowledge, team leadership and management facilitate the continued growth of Kaimera Media Inc. 
 

 


Daryl Holliday –Media Director & COO

altDaryl Holliday received his Bachelor of Applied Arts (BAA) at Sheridan College School of Animation & Design: Media Arts - Film & Television Production.  Mr. Holliday naturally gravitated to large feature film graphic design jobs such as the main title morph for the James Belushi film K9:PI;  Character manipulation/morph of artist Aaron Carter in the music video Leave it Up to Me included in the animated film Jimmy Neutron; 3D swoop animation of earth as seen from space in the independent film Past Present; screened at the Sundance Film Festival.  Mr. Holliday has designed the complete slideshows for corporate clients such as FORD Canada's 2001 Dealership Tour and the Canadian Centre of Minority Affairs' interactive CD ROM.  Mr. Holliday has also received widespread acclaim for his outstanding direction for the 3D computer animated sequences in Much Music's video Dedicated Remix.



Kurt Henry –Financial Advisor

Kurt Henry is a Graduate of Saint Mary's University, where he attained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He also holds a designation as a Certified General Accountant (CGA) with CGA Ontario where he focused on small business enterprise. Mr. Henry is an experienced small business consultant who focuses on establishing strong financial discipline and integrity in corporate enterprise. He has seven years experience in the investment industry, where he has worked for organizations such as State Street Corp, Canada Life Insurance, and Computershare Trust Co.

Derek Holliday –Senior 3D Animator &Web Programmer

Derek Holliday is a graduate of the Seneca@York - 3D Computer Animation program in which pieces of his work were published for their aesthetic and technical skill; Sheridan College: Visual Arts - Drawing, & Humber College for their pilot course of 3D Studio Max 2.5 where he first learned the form and function of 3D compositing.  As a self taught HTML programmer, his skills were naturally a fit when tackling projects like the International Performing Arts For All (IPAFA): Official Supplier of Arts and Entertainment to the Canadian Paralympic Committee media rich website.  The main Kaimera tree frog logo was designed, modeled and textured by Derek.

 


 

 YogaKurniawan –Digital Visual EffectsArtist / Motion Designer

Over 3 years of working experience as digital visual effects artist/ motion designer and over 5 years of working experience as 2D/3D playback animator and compositor.

  • Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, illustrator and plugins (Genarts, Mocha & Red Giant packages)
  • Autodesk 3ds Max 2009, Character Studio and plugins (Sitni Sati Afterburn, Dreamscape, FumeFx, Glu3d, Vray/ Mental Ray/ FinalRender/ Brazil)
  • Working knowledge of Zbrush, Adobe Encore
